Axle Bracket Bushing (Front) Explanation

FRONT AXLE BRACKET BUSHING REMOVAL
1. Remove the upper suspension arm from the axle. Refer to ARM, UPPER CONTROL, REMOVAL
2. Install the Bushing Remover/Installer (special tool #9948, Remover/Installer, Bushing) through the bushing and bracket using the following:
-. (special tool #9948-3, Nut, Special) Nut (Fig1) #1
-. (special tool #9948-1, Receiver) Receiver (Fig 1) #2
-. (special tool #9948-5, Spacer) Spacer (Fig 1) #3
-. (special tool #9948-2, Remover, Bushing) Driver (Fig 1) #4
3. Press the bushing out of the axle bracket.

FRONT AXLE BRACKET BUSHING INSTALLATION
1. Start the bushing in the axle bracket.
2. Install the Bushing Remover/Installer (special tool #9948, Remover/Installer, Bushing) through the bushing and bracket using the following:
-. (special tool #9948-3, Nut, Special) Nut (Fig 2) #1
-. (special tool #9948-4, Installer, Bushing) Driver (Fig 2) #2
-. (special tool #9948-5, Spacer) Spacer (Fig 2) #3
-. (special tool #9948-1, Receiver) Receiver (Fig 2) #4
3. Press the bushing (Fig 2) #5 into the axle bracket #6.
4. Remove tools and install the upper suspension arm. Refer to ARM, UPPER CONTROL, INSTALLATION
