Axle Tru Loc Indicator Switch (Rear) Explanation

REAR AXLE TRU LOC INDICATOR SWITCH REMOVAL
1. Remove the Tru-Lok harness from the coil (Fig 1) #1 and indicator switch #2.
2. Remove the Tru-Lok coil connector (Fig 2) #1 bolt #2).
3. Remove the Tru-Lok coil connector (Fig 3) #3 from the axle housing and remove coil harness from the connector using an appropriate tool such as a pocket screwdriver #1 to release the locking tab #2.

NOTE: If the coil connector becomes damaged during removal it must be replaced.
4. Remove the differential. Refer to CASE ASSEMBLY, DIFFERENTIAL, REMOVAL or CASE ASSEMBLY, DIFFERENTIAL, TRU-LOK, REMOVAL
5. Remove Tru-Lok indictor switch (Fig 4) #1 from differential housing #2.

REAR AXLE TRU LOC INDICATOR SWITCH INSTALLATION
1. Install indicator switch (Fig 4) #1 into differential housing (2).
2. Install differential. Refer to CASE ASSEMBLY, DIFFERENTIAL, INSTALLATION or CASE ASSEMBLY, DIFFERENTIAL, TRU-LOK, INSTALLATION
NOTE: If the coil connector becomes damaged during removal it must be replaced.
3. Install the Tru-Lok coil connector (Fig 2) #1 bolt #2).
4. Install the Tru-Lok harness from the coil (Fig 1) #1 and indicator switch #2.
