Door Cable (Inside Handle to Latch) Explanation

DOOR CABLE (INSIDE HANDLE TO LATCH) REMOVAL
1. Remove the carrier plate. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER, REMOVAL
2. Release the cable clip at the inside handle (Fig 3) #4 and disconnect the cable #1.
3. Release the cable clip (Fig 2) #3 and disconnect the cable from the latch assembly.
4. Remove the cable from the carrier plate.

DOOR CABLE (INSIDE HANDLE TO LATCH) INSTALLATION
1. Install the cable onto the carrier plate and connect to the latch.
2. Secure the cable clip (Fig 2) #3 to the latch assembly.
3. Connect the cable (Fig 3) #1 to the interior handle #3 and secure the cable clip #4.
4. Install the carrier plate. Refer to PLATE, CARRIER, INSTALLATION
