Door Handle (Front/Interior) Explanation

FRONT DOOR INTERIOR HANDLE REMOVAL
1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL or PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL
2. Remove the screw (Fig 2) #2 securing the handle #1 to the carrier plate.
3. Disconnect the clips (Fig 3) #4 and disconnect the cables #1.
4. Slide the handle (Fig 3) #3 off of the retaining tabs (Fig 3) #2 and remove.

FRONT DOOR INTERIOR HANDLE INSTALLATION
1. Position the handle (Fig 3) #3 onto the carrier plate tabs (Fig 3) #2 and slide into place fully.
2. Connect the cables (Fig 3) #1 and secure the clips (Fig 3) #4.
3. Install the inside door handle screw (Fig 2) #2 and tighten to 8.5 N.m (75 in. lbs.).
4. Install the trim panel (Fig 1) #1. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, INSTALLATION or PANEL, DOOR TRIM, INSTALLATION
