DOOR PANEL REMOVAL
1. Using a standard window handle tool (Fig 1) #2, release the handle clips and remove the handle (Fig 1) #1 from the window lift mechanism, if equipped with a manual regulator
2. Using trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, separate the inside handle bezel cap (Fig 2) #2 from the bezel #1.
3. Using trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, remove the inside handle bezel (Fig 2) #1.
4. Using trim stick (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, remove the grab handle bezel.
5. Remove the bolts (Fig 3) #5 and remove the grab handle #3.
6. Remove the trim panel screws (Fig 3) #4.
7. Using a trim tool (special tool #C-4829A, Remover, Trim) or equivalent, starting at the bottom by the check strap, separate the push pin fasteners and remove the trim panel (Fig 3) #2.
DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION
1. Place top of panel (Fig 3) #2 to door belt line and align locating pins to existing holes in inner door sheet metal.
2. Push in to secure using hand force and seat the retaining clips fully.
3. Install the grab handle (Fig 3) #3 and install the bolts #5.
4. Position the grab handle bezel back into place on the grab handle and seat fully.
5. Install the screws (Fig 3) #4.
6. Position the inside handle bezel cap (Fig 2) #2 back into place onto the bezel #1 and seat fully.
7. If equipped with a manual window regulator, position the window crank handle retaining clip (Fig 4) #1 back into place and install the window crank handle (Fig 4) #2 onto the lift mechanism shaft and seat fully.
