POWER STEERING PUMP SUPPLY HOSE REMOVAL
1. Siphon as much fluid as possible from the power steering fluid reservoir.
2. Remove the air box assembly. For 2.8L diesel, refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL For
3.0L, refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL For 3.6L, refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL
3. Remove the supply hose (Fig 1) #6 at the reservoir #1.
4. Remove the supply hose (Fig 2) #1 at the pump.
5. Remove the supply hose from the vehicle.

POWER STEERING PUMP SUPPLY HOSE INSTALLATION
1. Position the supply hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the supply hose (Fig 2) #1 at the pump.
3. Install the supply hose (Fig 1) #6 to the reservoir #1.
4. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE
5. Check for leaks.
6. Install the air box assembly. For 2.8L, refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION. For
3.0L, refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION For 3.6L, refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, INSTALLATION
