Steering Column Shroud Explanation

LOWER STEERING COLUMN SHROUD REMOVAL
1. Remove the three screws attaching the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 to the column.
2. Separate the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 from the upper shroud #1 by pressing on the edges of the shrouds.
3. Remove the lower shroud from the column.

LOWER STEERING COLUMN SHROUD INSTALLATION
1. Install the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 into the upper shroud #1, clipping the shrouds to one another.
2. Install the three screws attaching the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 to the column.

UPPER STEERING COLUMN SHROUD REMOVAL
1. Remove the three screws attaching the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 to the column.
2. Separate the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 from the upper shroud #1 by pressing on the edges of the shrouds.
3. Remove the upper shroud (Fig 1) #1 from the lower shroud.

UPPER STEERING COLUMN SHROUD INSTALLATION
1. Install the upper shroud (Fig 1) #1 to the lower shroud #2 clipping the shrouds to one another.
2. Install the three screws attaching the lower shroud (Fig 1) #2 to the column.
